Hi! I'm Stacy Church, a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with a deep passion for movement, wellness, and helping others become the strongest, most empowered versions of themselves. My journey into fitness started as a cheerleader, and through personal experiences—including healing from a back injury through Pilates—I discovered the transformative power of intentional movement.
Over the past three years, I’ve earned certifications in Personal Training, Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Group X, and I specialize in creating inclusive, uplifting, and motivating classes for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just beginning your fitness journey, returning after a break, or looking to elevate your performance, I’m here to guide and inspire you every step of the way.
I believe fitness is more than physical—it's a mindset. My classes combine strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness to build a strong foundation and boost confidence. I love keeping sessions fresh and challenging by using a variety of music, equipment, and styles like HIIT, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, and Extreme Rowing.
When I’m not teaching or training, you’ll find me dancing, spending time with my three amazing kids and my pup, Rosie, or enjoying meditation and Reiki healing. I’m committed to continuous education to bring my clients the latest in fitness trends and techniques.
